Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Nature

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” Once a file has been downloaded, it remains in your possession. Therefore, standard refund rules for physical items do not apply.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We generally do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• You have successfully downloaded the eBook.
• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You expected romantic guarantees not promised by our communication skills guide.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the eBook multiple times.
• Technical Issues: You are completely unable to access the file due to a technical error on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
• Un-downloaded Item: Our system records verify that the download token has never been accessed.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your name, order ID, and reason for the request.

5. Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
